A fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join their Data Platform team in Paris. This team plays a mission-critical role across the business to enable data-driven decisions at scale. You’ll be the bridge between Data Engineering and Platform teams, focused on building and maintaining scalable, secure and automated data infrastructure.

🔍 What you’ll be doing:

• Own and optimise data infrastructure on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage…)
• Support containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Improve automation and observability across the data stack (Airflow, dbt, Metabase, etc.)
• Drive security, documentation and operational excellence

✅ What we're looking for:

• A previous experience as SRE
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Proficient in Python or Go + scripting (Shell)
• Exposure to modern data tooling (dbt, Airflow, Airbyte a plus)
• Solid communication skills, comfortable working in a multicultural and agile environment

Le poste :

En tant que Data Analytics Engineer, vos missions principales seront de :

• Concevoir et développer des modèles de données optimisés sur Looker afin de créer des dashboards et rapports analytiques pertinents pour les équipes métier.
• Identifier et analyser les tendances, anomalies et opportunités business grâce à des analyses avancées.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit et métier afin de comprendre leurs besoins en données et leur fournir des solutions adaptées.
• Assurer l’intégration optimale des flux de données avec l’équipe Data Engineering.
• Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des données en mettant en place des contrôles automatisés et des processus de validation.
• Rester en veille permanente sur les nouvelles tendances technologiques et méthodologiques afin de proposer des innovations pertinentes à l'équipe Data.

Votre profil :

• Formation supérieure en ingénierie ou équivalent (Bac+5).
• Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en tant que Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer ou Data Engineer, idéalement dans un contexte de production.
• Vous avez une solide maîtrise de SQL, Python, ainsi qu'un environnement cloud
• Vous êtes expérimenté(e) en conception et gestion de pipelines ETL.
• Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des techniques de modélisation et des bonnes pratiques BI.
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre capacité à communiquer clairement avec différents interlocuteurs.
• Autonome et proactif(ve), vous aimez résoudre des problématiques complexes avec créativité.
• Niveau d’anglais professionnel requis (équipe internationale).

The Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer – Virtualization & Orchestration, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing virtualization platforms to enhance infrastructure efficiency and scalability. You will work in a big data and 24/7 production environment, ensuring high availability and reliability across cloud and on-premise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop & maintain virtualization platforms (KubeVirt, Harvester) to support a high-performance infrastructure.
✅ Optimize orchestration workflows for automated deployments and infrastructure scalability.
✅ Enhance system monitoring & performance using Fluentd, Prometheus, Grafana, and other observability tools.
✅ Troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure across cloud (GCP, OVH) and on-premise environments.
✅ Ensure reliability and high availability of critical production systems.
✅ Write and maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices within the team.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in virtualization, DevOps, and cloud-native infrastructure, with experience working in high-scale, production-grade environments.

Must-have skills:

✔ Expertise in open-source virtualization solutions (KubeVirt, Harvester, or similar).
✔ Strong Kubernetes knowledge for orchestration and automation.
✔ Linux & bare-metal experience, comfortable working with both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure.
✔ Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tools.
✔ Experience working in 24/7 production environments with large-scale data.
✔ Networking fundamentals (load balancing, security, DNS, etc.).
✔ Fluent in English (international team).

Nice-to-have:

➕ Experience with Python, Ansible, or Terraform for automation.
➕ Familiarity with multi-cloud architectures (GCP, OVH, AWS, etc.).
