As we continue to expand our reach and engagement, we are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to help assist the strategy, execution, and implementation of CRM campaigns across all our brands.
Role Overview:
The CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our CRM strategy to maximize player engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the iGaming or casino industry and be highly proficient in managing sophisticated CRM campaigns. Experience with the CRM platform Optimove is greatly preferred, as you will leverage it to personalize player interactions and create effective, data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage CRM strategies, ensuring the effective planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns that target different player segments.
● Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and scheduling of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging) to drive engagement and retention.
● Data Analysis & Segmentation: Use data to identify key player segments and tailor campaigns to these segments, focusing on increasing player LTV and reducing churn.
● Optimove Implementation: Utilize Optimove to build personalized and automated campaigns. Manage the day-to-day use of the platform, ensuring data integrity and campaign effectiveness.
● Reporting & Optimization: Analyze CRM campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and make recommendations to improve ROI and player satisfaction.
● Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and support for cross-functional initiatives.
● Compliance: Ensure that all campaigns are compliant with relevant regulations and adhere to best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM role within the iGaming or casino industry.
● CRM Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in using Optimove for campaign execution and optimization is highly preferred.
● Technical Skills: Experience with CRM tools, automation platforms, and data analytics. ● Strategic & Tactical Skills: Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data
segmentation, and campaign execution. ● Analytical Mindset: Ability to derive insights from complex data sets and turn them into
effective strategies.
● Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
