📍 Paris office (remote-friendly, with monthly visits)
💰 €80-90K fixed salary

To support this growth, they are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer specialized in Virtualization & Orchestration to optimize their infrastructure and ensure seamless automation across their platform.
The Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer – Virtualization & Orchestration, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing virtualization platforms to enhance infrastructure efficiency and scalability. You will work in a big data and 24/7 production environment, ensuring high availability and reliability across cloud and on-premise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop & maintain virtualization platforms (KubeVirt, Harvester) to support a high-performance infrastructure.
✅ Optimize orchestration workflows for automated deployments and infrastructure scalability.
✅ Enhance system monitoring & performance using Fluentd, Prometheus, Grafana, and other observability tools.
✅ Troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure across cloud (GCP, OVH) and on-premise environments.
✅ Ensure reliability and high availability of critical production systems.
✅ Write and maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices within the team.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in virtualization, DevOps, and cloud-native infrastructure, with experience working in high-scale, production-grade environments.
Must-have skills:
✔ Expertise in open-source virtualization solutions (KubeVirt, Harvester, or similar).
✔ Strong Kubernetes knowledge for orchestration and automation.
✔ Linux & bare-metal experience, comfortable working with both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure.
✔ Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tools.
✔ Experience working in 24/7 production environments with large-scale data.
✔ Networking fundamentals (load balancing, security, DNS, etc.).
✔ Fluent in English (international team).
Nice-to-have:
➕ Experience with Python, Ansible, or Terraform for automation.
➕ Familiarity with multi-cloud architectures (GCP, OVH, AWS, etc.).
