The CRM Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns. This includes driving player engagement, retention, and lifetime value through personalized, multi-channel communication strategies. Experience with Optimove is highly preferred.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute CRM strategies that align with business goals and player behaviors.

Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.

Leverage player data to build segmented, targeted journeys that increase engagement and reduce churn.

Operate and optimize campaigns using Optimove, ensuring best-in-class performance.

Analyze results and report on campaign effectiveness with actionable insights.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
✅ What They’re Looking For

5+ years in CRM roles within the iGaming or online casino space.
