About the Role

We have been engaged to help them find a VIP Host / Account Manager to build relationships with their highest-value players. You'll deliver white-glove service, craft tailored promotions, and drive long-term loyalty. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building meaningful connections, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of VIP players through email, chat, phone, and social platforms
• Design and execute personalized promotions and events
• Track player behavior and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams
• Ensure top-tier service while adhering to company guidelines

What You Bring

• 2+ years in VIP account management, gaming, hospitality, or entertainment
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Social casino or iGaming experience is required AND any experience within Crypto would be ideal!
• Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency
• Comfortable with non-traditional work hours
